Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Stir in spinach, artichokes, sour cream, and garlic.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
