Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce sugar-free for keto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish lightly.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then dredge in the almond flour mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.
