Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups peeled and diced radishes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Boil the radishes in salted water until tender (about 25-30 minutes).
  • Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine radishes, onions, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
