Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced red onion
  • Optional: chopped celery
  • Optional: fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  • Scoop out a small amount of flesh to create more room for the filling.
  • In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add optional ingredients if desired (red onion, celery, dill).
  • Spoon the tuna mixture into the avocado halves.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a day.
