Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
  • 1/2 cup diced ham or any other meat/vegetable of your choice
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, and onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin cups.
