- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk any kind
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
- 1/2 cup diced ham or any other meat/vegetable of your choice
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing the muffin tin
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
