Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices

Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread half of the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
  • Add half of the black beans, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and jalapenos on top of the cheese.
  • Repeat with another layer of chips, cheese, and toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa if desired.
