Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour can substitute with gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

1 tablespoon melted vegan butter or regular butter

  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • While the cauliflower is baking, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush or toss with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
  • Let the bites rest for 5 minutes before serving.
