  • Salt: To taste.
  • Black pepper: To taste.
  • 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts: Toasted for crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan or feta cheese: Crumbled for added flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
  • Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water.
  • Trim the ends and remove any discolored outer leaves.
  • Slice the Brussels sprouts thinly using a sharp knife or a food processor for a finer shred.
  • Make the Dressing:
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Assemble the Salad:
