- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol adjust based on sweetness preference
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 ounces dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa, chopped
- Pinch of salt
Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
